  • Total assets grew by 8% to TZS 7.098 trillion as of 31 December 2020.
  • Customer deposits increased by 8% to TZS 5.325 trillion in 2020.
  • Loans to customers rose by 14% to TZS 4.109 trillion in 2020.
  • Cost-to-income ratio improved to 51% in 2020 from 60% in 2019.
  • Dividend per share approved was TZS 137, a 43% increase from 2019.
